Most of the transportation to Gölpark, which is a recreation area on the edge of Sapanca Lake within the borders of Serdivan district, passes through the city. The traffic is usually heavy. When you travel along theSakarya - İzmit road, there are places selling local fruits and vegetables on the side of the road. It's a short route. There is a picnic area and a restaurant on the shore of Sapanca Lake, your final destination.

This tour mirrors the previous route, but this time we are exploring the beauties found on the other side of Sapanca Lake. Sapanca Lake, which is identified with Sakarya and gives life to the city, can best be visited by bicycle. On this route, about 11 kilometres from the city centre, you find yourself in an environment that we have seen in documentary films. Serdivan Lake Park, which is located on the unblemished Serdivan coast, is perfect for people who want to spend quality time with their families by the lake. The location can be easily reached by two wheels in a short time. There are also walking, resting, barbecue and recreational areas in the park. Save enough time to take a tea or coffee break by the lake, especially in summer evenings. You can taste delicious food accompanied by the lake view at the restaurants that pamper their guests with an extensive menu. We especially recommend the variety of breakfast offerings. For those who prefer dining al fresco, all citizens are permitted to use the barbecues established in the forest by the Serdivan Municipality, free of charge.
